2. Services Overview
Pickstall provides an all-in-one digital storefront platform allowing creators to showcase and sell digital products, online courses, 1:1 coaching sessions, and digital downloads through one streamlined link.
3. Waitlist & Early Access
Signing up for the waitlist provides you with product updates and eligibility for early pre-launch access (offered to the first 50 signups). We reserve the right to manage waitlist capacity and access rollouts at our discretion.
4. Creator Responsibilities & Conduct
When operating a digital storefront on Pickstall, creators agree that:
- You hold all necessary copyrights, licenses, and rights to the digital content you sell.
- You will not upload, market, or sell illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious content.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your product descriptions and fulfilling obligations to your buyers.
5. Payments and Payouts
Payments made by your buyers and payouts to creators are processed via third-party processors like Stripe Connect. By utilizing Pickstall for transactions, you agree to abide by Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and terms of service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Pickstall brand, logo, website design, and software code are the intellectual property of Pickstall. Creators retain full ownership of their original digital products, courses, and branding uploaded to their store pages.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pickstall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickstall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
8. Termination and Updates
We may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Pickstall after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
